GAICC certifies the competence of individuals against internationally recognised management-system standards for artificial intelligence and information security. A GAICC certification confirms the holder has demonstrated defined competencies by independent examination. It is not a training award.

What is not in scope
The delivery of training is not part of GAICC's certification scope. Preparation courses — including GAICC's own optional self-paced course — are a separate activity offered at gaicc.org, and are never required from GAICC in order to be certified.

The authoritative list of certifications, levels and standards is maintained on the Certifications page and updated by GAICC whenever the scheme changes. Each certification has a published Exam Content Outline defining domains and weightings.
